None of the answers invents a price, capacity, or commitment. Where you need a live figure, the answer sends you to the person who owns it.
Applying
Do I have to be a company?
No. Individuals apply on the same form. Company name, website, and the questions about what you sell are optional — fill in what applies to you.
What happens after I apply?
A person reads every application. If we want to talk, you pick a time from the slots we offer. If we decline, you get a reason and a way to reply.
Can I apply again if I am declined?
You can reply to the decision on the same application rather than starting over. Reapplying is not blocked, but a reviewer will see that we have spoken before.
Getting a price
How do members request a quote?
Accepted members describe what they want made from their private portal. A sketch, photograph, competitor listing, or current supplier quote all work. We structure it into a specification.
How long does a quote take?
There is a clock on every request, counting down from 24 hours. We do not publish an average because the figure on your request is the real one.
Why does a price need a person to sign it?
Because a number nobody checked is a guess. A named manufacturing engineer signs the specification before it becomes a price.
Buying
What am I actually paying for?
One predictable delivered item price — including applicable freight, duties, tariffs, and brokerage — plus the disclosed 1.5% convenience fee and the payment network's processing charge, passed through at cost. There is no later freight or tariff surprise.
Can I change how it ships?
Your approved member quote states the production and shipping plan behind the guaranteed landed price. Ask your account contact before approval if the plan needs to change.
Do you keep my payment details?
No. Bank details go to the payment provider and never reach our database.
What we can make
Is there anything you will not manufacture?
Yes. What may lawfully be made and shipped depends on the product and the laws where it is made, travels, and lands. Restricted requests are held for a person to review before pricing.
Do you sell my information?
No. We use it to answer your request, manage your membership, and fulfill your order. We do not sell personal information.
